You have stunning capacity to do really hard things!

Hi, besties! So last year I got really into fitness, not in a crazy way where I need to lose “X” amount of pounds, but in the way, I just want to learn the proper ingredients to fuel my body and just be a healthy girl overall. I know you have heard the saying because I have heard it so many times lol It is about creating a healthy lifestyle and it's so true!!! I feel as though America is finally waking up and myself included about what manufacturers are actually putting into our food. It's about knowing what works best for you and having fun along the journey. So instead of hot girl summer… it's going to be Holy Girl summer! What does this look like?? Here are a few tips and tricks i’m taking with me into 2023

1.     Pull your hair in a high pony &  grab your bestie and go for a walk!

2.     Drink your water

3.     Start lifting weights

4.     Stay away from agricultural oils (sunflower, canola, etc)

5.     Create a “that girl” playlist

6.     Write down your goals and dreams

7.     Start speaking life into those dreams

8.     Always bring snacks….like everywhere;)

9.     Get a cute workout set

10.  When in doubt drink more water

11.  Fall in love with cooking in the kitchen

12.  Celebrate the small victories

13.  Get a good night's rest

14.  Start praising Him as though you already have it because you know He is faithful

15.  Prayer walks always

16.  Have a dance party in the mirror!
